Tri-Light UV 노광기는 NuArc의 특허인 instant-start
power technology를 채용하고 있어,
유리의 온도상승을 감소시키고 전력의 소모를 줄여 장비를 보호합니다.
단일 광원(고압 수은등)으로 동작하는 이 시스템은 고출력 에너지를 통한 빠른 노광으로
빛의 산란을 최소화 해 보다 선명한 노광품질을 보장합니다..
3000와트, 6000와트 두가지의 모델이 있으며,
3000와트 시스템은 필요시 6000와트로 업그레이드 할 수도 있습니다.
안전을 위해 블랭킷 프레임이 열려 있는 동안은 광원이 동작하지 않으며
진공프레임이 장착되어 있습니다.
PLC 콘트롤러와 적산광량계(light integration system)가 장착되어 있어
정밀한 램프의 출력조절 및 보상이 가능합니다.
최대 스크린 프레임의 외곽 사이즈는 107 x 152 cm입니다.
Tri-Loc Rapid Registration System과 연결 사용하면 가장 효과적인 image-to-press 시스템을
구축할수 있습니다.
